1000MW汽轮发电机组不稳定振动故障诊断及治理

摘    要:低压转子支撑轴承座瓦振大和超标问题,是超超临界1 000 MW西门子机组的共性问题。以北仑7号机为例,介绍了4号瓦振、轴振不稳定导致无法运行问题的振动特征,并对其进行试验研究和分析,提出了轴系动平衡处理和轴承座检修并重的治理方案,彻底解决了瓦振超标问题。振动的治理实践表明故障诊断的方法和治理措施是有效的。
