摘    要:通过燃烧优化调整试验,有效地解决了1 000 MW超超临界塔式锅炉长期以来的结焦问题,同时也大大提高了再热汽温,降低了送、引风机的耗电量,增加了送、引风机的裕量,减少了NOX排放浓度,提高了锅炉整体安全性和经济性。

Abstract:The coking problem of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical tower boilers which exists for a long time is solved effectively by combustion optimization tests.Meanwhile,the reheating steam temperature is significantly increased.The power consumption of forced and induced draft fans and the NOX emission concentration are reduced and the margins of these draft fans are greatly increased.Therefore the overall safety and economy of boilers are improved.
