| 摘 要： | 调度停电申请票管理系统基于调度运行管理平台,在继承传统模式的调度停电申请票管理基础上,提出了停电申请票之间以及停电申请票与调度操作票之间＂技术关联＂的概念,从而有效降低了设备重复停电的次数,防止调度误操作事故的发生,充分满足了电网管理的需求,提高了电网调度机构的管理水平。
