| 摘 要： | 针对HF酸烷基化装置运行中出现的问题,提出相应的改进措施,主要有：原料烷烯比控制优化、酸再生塔采用塔盘、避免含酸换热器泄漏的工艺改进、“三废”流程改进、凝结水能量优化利用等.改造后装置的能耗减少,污染减轻,产品质量有保证.

| Abstract: | Problems existed in domestic hydrofluoric acid (HF) alkylation units were analyzed. Technical measures to ameliorate the process were proposed and practiced in the HF alkylation unit of CNPC Dalian, such as improving the feed purification process to optimize the control of paraffins to olefins ratio in feed; adopting trays in the HF acid regeneration column to enhance separating efficiency; modifying the process flow and equipment to avoid leak and block; applying more self-motion operation and etc. After revamping, the energy consumption of the unit reduced and the product quality improved with less production pollution. |
