摘    要:采用全控型电力半导体器件IGBT,研制了160kW/30kHz并联逆变式超音频感应加热电源。提出了一种新颖的零压启动限幅的他激转自激方法;设计了适用于并联谐振逆变器的IGBT驱动电路,顺利解决了驱动信号时间补偿问题。

Abstract:Adopting full-controllable electric semiconductor device IGBT, a 160 kW/30 kHz parallel-resonance super-frequency induction heating power supply has been developed. The zero-voltage starting method is proposed that can realize the starting from separate excitation to self-excitation. The IGBT drive circuit that suits for the parallel-resonance inverter is designed. The time compensating problem of the drive signal is solved.
