| 摘 要： | 大庆产线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)具有优良的电气、物理机械性能,是电线电缆绝缘和护套的理想材料.但由于其分子量分布较窄,粘度较大,在高速挤出成型时,易出现鲨鱼皮和熔体破裂现象.本文用共混改性及加入自制润滑剂得到的新材料,挤出速度达2000m/min,各项性能均达到通信电缆高速挤出绝缘料的标准,实现了该材料国产化的要求.

| Abstract: | Linear low density polyethene has good electric, physical and mechanical properties, It's ideal material for wire and cable insulation and shielding. Because of its more narrow molecular weight distribution and bigger viscosity, shark skin and melt fracture at high speed extruding can easily appear. This paper emphasizes designing new style material by using blending principle so that its extruding speed can attain the rate of 2000 meter per minute and its property can also reach the standard of high speed extruding insulating material for communication cable. |
