| 摘 要： | 本文对２０ＣｒＭｎＴｉ钢制微型汽车后桥螺旋齿轮轴的早期断裂进行了检验和分析，认为材料中的Ｓｉ，Ａｌ，Ｓ，Ｐ等元素的含量远远超出ＧＢ的规定及存在较多的非金属夹杂物是造成齿轮轴早期断裂失效的主要原因。
