| 摘 要： | 《中国的民主政治建设》白皮书明确指出我国的社会主义民主政治所具有的中国特色有4个，即中国的民主是中国共产党领导的人民民主、是由最广大人民当家作主的民主、是以人民民主专政作为可靠保障的民主、是以民主集中制为根本组织原则和活动方式的民主。正是毛泽东和邓小平的民主政治理论为其提供了理论基础。
