上海旧住区居民满意度调查及影响因素分析

以2004年上海市第一批综合改造的小区为例,对改造后居民满意度进行调查,分析居民对改造效果、改造过程的评价与居民满意度的相互关系.分析发现,综合改造取得了很大的成效,但地区差异性较大.在评价居民满意度时,居民最看重地段因素,而且地段越好的地方地段因素越重要,然后是室外环境、道路交通和市政设施,住宅的因素排在最后,虽然调查小区人均住房条件大大低于上海市平均水平.同时,发现居民对改造方式的评价影响了居民满意度.

A Research on Residential Satisfaction and Influential Factors in Old Residential Districts in Shanghai

Taking an example of old residential districts that had undergone comprehensive renovation in 2004,the paper analyses statistically residential satisfaction levels and their relationships with the residents' evaluation on the process and results of the renovation.It is found that comprehensive renovations have made great progress,though results vary among different localities.As far as the level of residential satisfaction is concerned,location is the most important factor,and the impact of it increases loc...
