低膨胀材料及其复合陶瓷材料的应用进展及发展前景

摘    要:陶瓷材料具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强高硬等优点,但在温度急剧变化下容易受到热应力的破坏,抗热震性能较差。而抗热震性能取决于材料的热膨胀性,低膨胀陶瓷材料特别是零膨胀或负膨胀的陶瓷材料已经成为一些高服役条件领域的重要材料。本文综述了主要的低膨胀陶瓷材料的特性及应用进展,对设计具有优异的耐高温性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性及低膨胀性的陶瓷基复合材料有重要意义。

Abstract:Ceramic materials have excellent performance such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength and high hardness, but ceramic materials are vulnerable to the thermal stress under sharp temperature changes, and the heat shock resistance performance is therefore poor. The thermal shock resistance mainly depends on the thermal expansion of materials, and low expansion ceramic materials, especially zero expansion or negative expansion ceramic materials, have become important in some fields with high service conditions. This paper reviews the properties and application progress of the main low expansion ceramic materials, which has great significance for designing ceramicbased composite materials with excellent high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low expansion.
