基于动态服务价的充电站有序充电控制方法

摘    要:由于电动汽车的不断增长与不均衡发展,社会中的大多充电站存在着部分充电设施闲置与部分充电排队并存的现象。为了解决电动汽车充电困难与充电设施利用率低这一对新矛盾,本文首先调查分析了各种电动车辆的出行习惯和充电特点,然后对社会充电站归纳成城市公共充电站和公交物流车等专用充电站两类,提出了分时电价响应和动态服务价响应两种有序充电方式,并制定以风电、光伏等绿色新能源出力反向激励的动态服务价引导机制,建立了以用户充电费用最低为目标的数学模型。最后通过仿真分析,分时电价响应、动态服务价响应有序充电方式下均比无序充电方式降低负荷波动性,动态服务价响应有序充电方式能够有效提高西部地区绿色电能利用率,大幅减少弃风弃光,为环境保护、能源结构调整起到重要作用。

Orderly charging strategy of charging stations based on dynamic time-sharing charging price response

Abstract:Due to the continuous growth and unbalanced development of electric vehicles, most charging stations in society have the phenomenon that some charging facilities are idle and some charging queues coexist. In order to solve the new contradiction between the difficulty of electric vehicle charging and the low utilization of charging facilities, this paper first investigates and analyzes the travel habits and charging characteristics of various electric vehicles, then summarizes the social charging stations into two categories: urban public charging stations and special charging stations such as bus logistics vehicles, puts forward two orderly charging modes: time-of-use price response and dynamic service price response, and formulates wind power Based on the dynamic service price guidance mechanism of output reverse incentive of green new energy such as photovoltaic, a mathematical model aiming at the lowest charging cost of users is established. Finally, through the simulation analysis, the time-of-use price response and dynamic service price response under the orderly charging mode reduce the load volatility compared with the disorderly charging mode. The dynamic service price response orderly charging mode can effectively improve the green power utilization rate in the western region, greatly reduce the waste of wind and light, and play an important role in environmental protection and energy structure adjustment.
