BIM 技术在新型装配式绿色建筑中的应用

新型装配式建筑管理过程涉及云制造BIM管理模型与建设工程BIM管理模型的结合，通过将整体工程分解为多个独立单项工程，并使用BIM系统对其进行接续管理，形成管理模型。本研究对该模型进行了开发应用实践，通过仿真验证，发现该系统的管理效能较传统模式提升27.1%，工期缩短19.3%，施工成本压缩22.5%，良品率提升8.2%，证实了该系统在工程管理中有积极意义。

Application of BIM technology in new prefabricated green building

The management process of new prefabricated building involves the combination of BIM management model of cloud manufacturing and construction engineering. The management model is formed by decomposing the whole project into independent individual projects and adopting BIM to manage them. Through the simulation of the development process, it is found that the management efficiency of the system is improved by 27.1%, the construction period is shortened by 19.3%, the construction cost is reduced by 22.5%, and the yield rate is increased by 8.2%. It is proved that the management system has positive significance in project management.
