Abstract:On the part of the hydrological elements of monitoring work in there are a lot of artificial records, calculation, entry, high error rate and low efficiency, monitoring business alignment is not enough and the internal management difficult problems, such as the depth of the fusion of Internet technology and hydrological monitoring business, develop "Internet + hydrological monitoring" research, design and development branch of hydrological monitoring and comprehensive management platform is very necessary. In this paper, in-depth analysis of hydrological monitoring of the various business processes, build hydrological monitoring online business flow, data flow and the management flow, combined with advanced programming language and the Internet technology, completed the huizhou hydrological monitoring design and implementation of integrated management platform. Platform in the dongjiang river basin flood in June 2020 for the practical application, the results show that the platform has realized the hydrological monitoring element of artificial work paperless, automation, intelligent, further improve the efficiency of hydrological monitoring and informatization level, has the very good application prospects.
