摘    要:目的 以南京“宁归来首站公寓”为例,从防疫政策规范“零接触”的角度进行设计研究,打造隔离酒店寻路系统,提高用户对隔离酒店导视系统的寻路效率,降低因寻路造成交叉感染的风险,探索更适合疫情时代隔离酒店寻路系统的设计准则。方法 在深入研究防疫政策规范的基础上,结合“零接触”的设计理念对酒店内部寻路系统进行规划设计,并采用眼动追踪实验量化的方法进行验证,探究酒店内外部空间结构对隔离人员寻路行为的影响,进一步提高隔离人员的自主寻路效率。结果 对疫情初期隔离酒店寻路系统存在的缺陷进行对比分析,提出隔离酒店寻路系统的设计准则,并重新构建紧扣防疫政策规范的寻路系统设计。在对酒店内外部导视设置进行分析总结的基础上,解决疫情初期隔离酒店用户的寻路效率低、时间成本高以及易造成交叉感染风险等问题。结论 论证了隔离酒店新型导视系统的优势,为未来隔离酒店寻路方式及寻路设施新范式的创建提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:The work aims to design and research from the perspective of "zero contact" on epidemic prevention policies and regulations with the "Ningguilai First Station Apartment" in Nanjing as an example, to create a wayfinding system for quarantine hotels, so as to improve the wayfinding efficiency of users navigating through the quarantine hotel, reduce the risk of cross-infection caused by navigation, and explore the design criteria that are more suitable for quarantine hotel wayfinding systems in the pandemic context. The concept of "zero contact" was combined with epidemic prevention policies and regulations to plan and design the hotel''s internal wayfinding system. Eye-tracking experiments were conducted to quantify the impact of the hotel''s internal and external spatial structure on the pathfinding behaviors of quarantined individuals to further improve their independent wayfinding efficiency. The shortcomings of the pathfinding system in quarantine hotels during the early stages of the pandemic were analyzed and compared. Design criteria that were in line with the current epidemic situation were proposed. A wayfinding system that adhered closely to epidemic prevention policies and regulations was re-constructed. Based on the analysis of the guidance settings inside and outside the hotel, this work solved the low efficiency, high time cost, and cross-infection risks existed in the pathfinding system of quarantine hotel users during the early stages of the pandemic. This work demonstrates the advantages of the new wayfinding system for quarantine hotels, providing useful references for creating new paradigms for wayfinding methods and facilities in future quarantine hotels.
