摘    要:基于ANSYS软件,对电渣熔铸过程中各种边界条件进行了处理,如电渣熔铸电载荷的处理、热载荷的处理,特别是对渣池的结晶器、自耗电极与大气、渣池与大气、渣池与金属熔池之间的边界进行了载荷处理,并利用自耗电极熔化率验证了模拟结果是正确的,载荷处理也是合理的.

Abstract:Load processsing is cruical in numerical omputation by using powerful software ANSYS, since it relates to the veracity of the simulation. On ANSYS platform, all the boundary conditions have been treated. For example the electricity loading and the thermal loading, especially to the interface of slag pool to crystallizer, electrode to atmosphere, slag to the atmosphere and slag pool to the melt pool. The reliability of the simulation is verified by using the melting rate of electrode, which accordingly shows the reasonableness of the load processing.
