乙苯-苯乙烯分离节能新工艺

摘    要:顺序分离恒沸热回收技术是一项乙苯-苯乙烯分离节能新工艺。与相同规模不同分离工艺进行了比较,结果表明,采用该新工艺技术,可以显著降低装置综合能耗,而设备投资略有增加,综合经济效益显著,可用于苯乙烯装置设计与建设。

Abstract:The constant boiling in order separation hot reclaim technique is new energy conservation process to separate ethylbenzene -styrene.Comparing with several different dehydrogenation effluent separation processes,the results show that the new process can make the energy consumption of styrene unit fall 15%,but equipment investment increases only a little.This process can be used in styrene unit design and construction.
