摘    要:应用未反应核模型研究了两种还原气条件下球团矿竖炉直接还原过程的动力学行为。结果表明 ,在氢碳比等于 0 8和 1 6的还原气条件下 ,球团在BL法竖炉还原的动力学条件相同 ,这两种还原气均适宜于BL法竖炉直接还原工艺

Abstract:Under the conditions of using two different reducing gases of H 2/CO 2=1.6 and H 2/CO 2=0.8,the kinetic behavior of pellet direct reduction in shaft furnace was researched based on unrea cted nucleus model.The result indicated that the kinetic conditions of the pellet reduction in BL process are the same by usingthese two reducing gases,and both of them are suitable for BL direct reduction process.
