小湾水电站机墩结构刚度分析

摘    要:结合小湾水电站的工程实例,通过建立包括机墩组合结构的厂房整体三维有限元模型,对机墩组合结构进行了静力刚度和动力刚度复核.采用动力法计算了机墩在机组动荷载作用下的位移、应力.计算结果表明,动力刚度存在与荷载频率的相关性,其结果更为可靠,该机墩结构刚度、强度满足设计要求.

Abstract:In combination with practice of Xiaowan power station, a three-dimension model of the whole hydropower house iincluding the pier composite structure is created, the static and dynamic stiffness of the pier composite structure is studied. The displacement and stress of the pier under dynamic loads of the water turbine generating sets is calculated by dynamic method.The results indicate that the dynamic stiffness partly depends on the load frequency and the dynamle analysis is more reliable.Dynamic method calculation indicates that stiffness and intenslty of the pler composlte structure basically meet the design requirements.
