| Abstract: | Based on the relevant clauses of software evaluation on IEC 60335-1：2006 Ed.4.2＋ISI：2007 and IEC 60730-1：2003 Ed.3.1 Annex H, this paper introduces in whole the techniques of software evaluation for household appliances, including the purpose and references, those appliances required, the techniques, the definitions and the information for software evaluation; it explains in detail the relevant safety requirements for architecture of software and hardware in programmable circuit and the techniques of software inspection. |
