| 摘 要： | 随着北方地区的水资源紧缺和汛期雨洪水大量流失矛盾的不断深化，充分、合理的利用雨洪资源成为缓解这一矛盾的最佳途径．而雨洪水水质的预处理是实现雨洪资源有效利用的首要前提。综合整理了国内外雨洪水水质的最佳管理措施（BMPs）．并以北京平谷盆地为例，综合不同类型的雨洪资源水质特点，设计了相应的水质管理措施，为雨洪资源利用工程的建设和发展奠定基础。
