| 摘 要： | 针对网属火电厂面向建立发电侧电力市场的改革走向，以上海外高桥发电厂的财务体制为研究对象，初步分析了网属火电厂的财务现状及其不适应性，揭示了制约火电厂财务管理现代化的三大障碍，提出了火电厂财务体制创新的系统框架和财务初级立体网络的基本内容，为火电厂财务管理适应公司化改制、商业化运营提供依据．

| Abstract: | In view of the reforming trend of establishing generation-sided power markets in network-owned thermal power plants, focusing the study on the existing financial system of Shanghai Wai Gaoqiao Power Plant, this paper tentatively analyzes the financial status quo of network-owned power plants and its inefficienty, pointing out the three majorobstacles which impede the modemization of financial management of power plants,formulating the sthectril system for originality in financial systems in power plants, pctting forward the basic contents of setting up financial preliminary three-dimensioal network,so as to provide some ideas for the precedence of financial affairs in the deregulationand market operation of power plants. |
