| 摘 要： | 工厂因扩产，硫酸消耗量增大，将40kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置技术改造为60kt/a搀烧硫磺制硫酸，介绍了该工艺流程，各工序设备改造内容，操作指标和改造工程总投资，指出其操作要点，并提出存在问题和完善对策。

| Abstract: | Due to the increasing demand of sulfuric acid for plant expansion,the factory intends to revamp its 40?kt/a sulfuric acid plant (based on pyrite) into a 60?kt/a sulfuric acid plant ( based on blended sulfur).This article introduces the process,the revamped equipment of each section,operation indexes and the total investment of the revamp project and points out the key points of the operation, the existing problems and ways of improvement. |
