超低硫钢精炼工艺生产实践

摘    要:采用“铁水脱硫-转炉-钢包喷粉脱硫-LF炉精炼-RH精炼-连铸”工艺路线,通过钢包喷粉脱硫环节,降低LF炉精炼的到站硫含量,实现LF炉精炼快速深脱硫,将钢水硫含量稳定地控制到0.0015%以下,满足生产超低硫优质板材钢种的需要。

Abstract:To achieve the lower sulphur and deep desulphurization of LF refining rapidly through the powder injection desulphurization, stable control the sulfur content to 0.0015% or less, and achieve the production of ultra-low sulfur high-quality steel needs in the process of “Hot metal pretreatment-BOF-Injection refining-LF-RH-CC”.
