| 摘 要： | 采用“铁水脱硫－转炉－钢包喷粉脱硫－LF炉精炼－RH精炼－连铸”工艺路线，通过钢包喷粉脱硫环节，降低LF炉精炼的到站硫含量，实现LF炉精炼快速深脱硫，将钢水硫含量稳定地控制到0.0015%以下，满足生产超低硫优质板材钢种的需要。

| Abstract: | To achieve the lower sulphur and deep desulphurization of LF refining rapidly through the powder injection desulphurization, stable control the sulfur content to 0.0015% or less, and achieve the production of ultra-low sulfur high-quality steel needs in the process of “Hot metal pretreatment-BOF-Injection refining-LF-RH-CC”. |
