| 摘 要： | 通过对磁器口在保护和开发方面的方法进行分析，试图探究具有普遍适合性的原则和方法，使得在城市更新中对其中具有保护价值的历史街区等有效规划，达到历史与现代、自然与人工、传统与现代的和谐共生，以产生良好的社会、经济、文化效益。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of the protection and development measures for the historical town,Ciqikou,the paper researches the principles and methods which have common fitness in order to make the effective planning of the historical streets,with protective value,reach the harmonious relationship of the modern and history,nature and artificial arts,the tradition and modern,and to have a better social,economic and cultural effects. |
