| 摘 要： | 以易门矿务局、狮凤山矿为实例介绍“三强”在矿山开采实践中不断创新、不断发展的方法和内涵,介绍该单位创造性地运用“三强”的手段,使管理不断上台阶、产量高速增长、企业做强做大、增强可持续发展后劲的成功经验。“三强”以“强掘、强采、强出”来实现产量的提高,保障开采的安全,创新后的“三强”是通过提升开采过程中的科技含量、通过强化和运用高新技术手段促进管理上台阶,通过量化评估、“创全优采场场竞赛”等手段不断提高矿山安全管理、技术管理水平的一种新方法。
