基于ARM的超声波电动机嵌入式驱动控制系统

摘    要:介绍了环形行波型超声波电动机的一种新型驱动控制方案.该系统以S3C44B0X系列ARM微控制器为核心,并将μC/OS-II多任务实时操作系统和μC/GUI图形系统移植到ARM微控制器上,成为系统软件的工作平台和人机交互系统的设计工具.详细介绍了系统硬件的组成和工作原理,同时给出了系统软件主程序的设计思路.利用μC/GUI所提供的丰富的控件功能,提供了简洁、友好的人机交互界面.最后利用所设计的系统对电机作闭环驱动,并进行了测试.实验结果表明,该设计缩短了软件开发周期,同时得到了比较精准的控制精度.

Abstract:A new drive-control scheme of ring type wave ultrasonic motor is introduced.The design of this control-drive system adopts S3C44B0X series ARM micro-controller as the kernel, and plants the multi-tasks RTOS of μC/OS-II and graph system of μC/GUI into ARM.μC/OS-II is treated as the work platform of the system software,and μC/GUI is treated as a design tool of the MMI design.This paper detailedly introduced the consistence of system hardware and its operation principle.Meanwhile,the design method of software main program of this system was given.This paper provided a compact and friendly MMI using the abundant control function of μC/GUI.The test result indicates that this design greatly reduces the exploitation cycle,and the control effect is comparatively exact.
