| 摘 要： | 针对CB3-3.43/0.981/0.49型汽轮机排汽口排汽温度高、流速快等特点,结合抗性消音器和喷雾消音器的消声频率特性,设计出穿孔板式组合型消音器,其可在较宽的频率范围内消除噪声。实践证明,该消音器消音效果明显,可将汽轮机排汽口的噪音由115 dB(A)降至63 dB(A),使工作环境大为改善,减小了噪声污染。

| Abstract: | Directing against the features,such as high temperature and rapid flow velocity etc.,of exhaust steam from exhausting outlet of CB3-3.43/0.981/0.49 type steam turbine,a perforated plate type composite silencer has been designed by combining the noise-reducing frequency properties of resistant silencer and atomizing silencer.The designed silencer can eliminate noise in a comparatively wide frequency range.Practice shows that the said silencer has remarkable noise-reducing effectiveness,reducing noise from exhausting outlet of the steam turbine from 115 dB(A) to 63 dB(A),improving greatly the working environment,decreasing the noise pollution. |
