| Abstract: | Since the implementation of the Policy of Reform and Opening in 1978,Chinese higher education has made great achievements.Following the step of higher education,the legal system of higher education comes into being and the management of college students becomes more and more standard.Meanwhile,the legal consciousness and legal conception of teachers and college students have been greatly improved. |
