| 摘 要： | 从城市规划编制角度对其中倍受瞩目的容积率的影响因素、主要问题、设计过程等方面进行了探索，对如何确定容积率提出了一些见解，容积率设计可采用分区容积率、控制容积率和项目容积率三级控制体系，操作方法上可采用高度分布规划图、红线图，地价分析图等叠加方式绘制，同时还应重视指标论证、城市人口与中心分级研究等问题，从而使容积率更加全面、科学。

| Abstract: | Under market economy, control detailed design improves the operation of urban design. As an integrated control indexes of the use of the urban land, plot ratio. Green space ratio, building altitude, building density and so on are the control links of connection between the indexes of urban design, Urban management and urban exploiture. The noticeable plot ratio concludes concept,qualities,characters,influencing factors,ma-inproblems,design course and so on, and how to count plot ratio is also suggested. |
