石煤提钒钠化焙烧中烧结现象的研究

摘    要:选取湖北某地石煤作为试验原料, 通过测量焙砂的松装密度和一次水浸率来研究不同焙烧温度、添加剂的种类和用量对于石煤烧结的影响. 试验表明, 石煤钠化焙烧时, 随着温度的上升松装密度增加, 烧结越严重, 钒浸出率下降, 焙烧温度应控制在750 ℃左右之间. 在最佳温度时NaCl添加量不应超过6%, Na_2CO_3添加量不应超过4%, MX_3添加量不应超过5%, 否则也会引起较严重的烧结从而降低钒浸出率.

Abstract:The apparent density and the leaching rate of vanadium were investigated to evaluate the influence of roasting temperature, the type and dosage of additives on the sintering of stone coal from Hubei province. The results showed that the apparent density increased with the increase of roasting temperature, and the worse the quality of roasting led the lower the leaching rate. The best roasting temperature should be controlled at about 750 ℃. Moreover, the additive amounts of NaCl, Na_2CO_3 and MX_3 should be no more than 6%, 4% and 5%, respectively, otherwise, the leaching rate of vanadium would decrease with the serious sintering in stone coal roasting.
