摘    要:传统水文数据的对外服务存在人工处理过程复杂、耗时长、申请和审批流程繁琐等问题,极大影响了水文数据的服务能力。针对该问题,结合Web服务技术对水文数据服务的业务流程进行优化,提出了基于工作流技术、数据库自动化管理技术、缓存技术、索引机制、数据可视化技术等的长江水文数据"一站式"Web服务系统。该系统支持水文数据从接收到快速检索、申请、审核等覆盖水文数据服务全流程的自动化、高效能服务模式,实现了长江水文数据服务从人工处理到"一站式"定制服务的全面升级,具有良好的应用和推广价值。

Abstract:The external service of traditional hydrological data has many problems, such as complicated manual processing process, long time consumption, tedious examination and approval procedure, greatly affecting the service ability of hydrological data. Aiming at these disadvantages, this paper uses Web service technology to optimize the working process of hydrological data service and a Web-oriented one-stop service mode of hydrological data is put forward. In this mode, with the application of workflow technology, database automation management technology, cache technology, indexing mechanism, data visualization technology, one-stop type Web service system of Changjiang River hydrological data is realized. The system supports the whole automatic and high efficiency service of hydrological data from automatic data receiving to fast data retrieval, application, examination and approval and so on. The system upgraded the Changjiang River hydrological data service from manual processing to one-stop customized service and has good application and popularization value.
