摘    要:阐述了新时代背景下我国生态文明建设对水土保持工作的新要求,并结合国家生态文明考核指标体系与水土保持目标责任制考核工作的需要,分析了水土保持功能及生态系统服务功能与水土保持之间的关系。阐述了不同水土保持类型区的主导功能与监测指标,以及基于小流域水土保持主导功能的多目标监测体系,提出了不同区域水土保持功能监测指标体系的改进思路。相关成果与结论可为推进我国生态文明新时代背景下的水土保持研究提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:New requirements for soil and water conservation in new era of Chinese ecological civilization are discussed. By combining the needs of national ecological civilization assessment index system and water conservation target responsibility system, we discussed functions of soil and water conservation in depth and analyzed relationship between ecosystem service function and soil and water conservation as well as dominant functions and monitoring indexes adopted in various soil and water conservation regions. Based on the multi-objective monitoring system that aims at leading functions of water and soil conservation in small watershed, thoughts on improving the monitoring index system of soil and water conservation functions in different regions were proposed.
