黏土水泥系列浆材黏度时变特性研究

摘    要:为系统研究黏土水泥系列浆材的黏度时变特性,利用Brookfield+R/S流变仪对浆材进行了黏度试验,并选取典型试验结果深入研究黏度时变特性,得到拟合系数较高的黏度时变数学模型。结果表明:普通黏土水泥浆材黏度随水固比的升高而降低,但随黏土掺量的增加而增大,黏度随时间变化可划分为下降期、上升期和固化期3个阶段;黏土水泥膏浆或砂膏浆的黏度值均随固化剂掺量增大而增大,但水泥膏浆的黏度变化分为低黏期、上升期和稳定期3个阶段,而水泥砂膏浆的黏度变化只有下降期和稳定期两个阶段。

Abstract:In order to systematically study the viscosity time-varying characteristics of clay cement series slurry used in loose and soft ground, a Brookfield +R / S rheometer was used to test the viscosity of slurry. The typical experimental results were analyzed deeply, and the time-varying mathematical model of viscosity with higher fitting coefficient was obtained. The results showed that the viscosity of ordinary clay cement slurry decreased with the increase of water-solid ratio, but increased with the clay content. The sequential change of viscosity can be divided into three stages: decreasing period, rising period and curing period. The viscosity of clay cement pasty slurry or clay cement sand pasty slurry both increase with the content of curing agent. The viscosity of clay cement pasty slurry can be divided into three stages: low viscosity period, rising period and stable period. However, the viscosity of clay cement sand pasty slurry can only be divided into two stages: decreasing stage and stable stage.
