贵阳市经济发展与水资源环境耦合研究

水资源环境是生态环境的关键因子,研究西部典型城市的经济发展与水资源环境的耦合规律,对西部城市生态文明建设具有重要的现实意义。通过构建经济发展和水资源环境综合指标体系,借助于协调发展度模型,对贵阳市2001~2015年间的经济发展与水资源环境交互耦合作用关系进行了定量研究。研究结果表明:贵阳市的经济发展综合指数总体上呈上升趋势,水资源环境综合指数表现为波动上升的趋势;经济发展与水资源环境协调发展度总体上呈线性的增长趋势,协调类型逐渐从严重失调转变至优质协调类型。经济发展与水资源环境的耦合关系是动态的历史过程,只有促进两大系统综合指数的稳步提高,二者的协调发展度才会稳步提升。

Study on coupling of economic development and water resources and environment in Guiyang

Water environment is a critical factor in ecological environment. Researching on the coupling law of economic development and water environment of a typical city in western China is of considerable realistic significance to the ecological civilization in the whole western China. By constructing the comprehensive index system of economic development and water resources environment and by the coordination development degree model, the interaction relationship between economic development and water resources environment of Guiyang in 2001-2015 years is quantitatively researched. The result reveals that the economic development index of Guiyang presents a rising trend, the comprehensive index of water resources environment rises with fluctuation; the coordinated degree of economic development and water resources environment shows a linear growth trend, and the coordination type of economic development and water resources environment gradually changes from the serious imbalance to high quality coordination. The development of the relationship between economic development and water resources environment is a dynamic process. Only by promoting the steady improvement of both the economic development and water resources environment can the coordinated development be steadily promoted.
