| 摘 要： | 从企业生命周期理论的视角探讨企业持续成长问题, 认为企业完全可以打破生命周期的宿命, 实现基业长青。建立了一个企业持续成长模型, 该模型把企业持续成长划分为3 大阶段:初成长、高成长与再成长。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of the life cycle, the sustaining development of an enterprise was discussed. Fatalism of life cycle is fully breakable, and an enterprise is able to last for a long time. Accordingly, a pattern of enterprise sustaining development was established. The procedures of enterprise sustaining development are divided into three periods: initial development, high-speed development and redevelopment. |
