大豆蛋白纤维纺纱工艺探讨

摘    要:分析了大豆蛋白纤维的性能特点;大豆蛋白纤维强力不匀率大,卷曲弹性恢复率较低,纤维光滑,质量比电阻较大,纺纱困难。介绍了大豆蛋白纤维纯纺、与棉混纺以及与涤混纺的纺纱实践,通过调整工艺参数和采取相应的技术措施,其纯纺纱可达到T/CJ65/35同号数纱乌斯特97公报25%水平,接近5%水平。

Abstract:The performance characteristics of soybean protein fiber are analyzed, soybean protein fiber has higher unevenness of strength, lower crimp elasticity recovery percentage, smoothness, higher mass electric resistance, difficult to spin The practices of pure, blended with cotton and blended with polyester spinning are introduced, though adjusting the process parameters and taking technical measures correspondently, the quality level of pure spinning yarn can reach the 25% level of 97 USTER STATISTICS of T/CJ 65/35 yarn with the same counts, approaching to 5% level
