| Abstract: | This article examines the development of broadband technology and China broadband market, surveys the experiences of other countries＇ broadband strategy, and analyzes the possibility of implementing broadband strategy in China. Finally, the paper suggests the main orientations for implementing national broadband strategy and relevant policy proposals. |
