| 摘 要： | 文章对国内已有的几种手机电视业务做了介绍,阐释了现阶段手机电视用户群体特征,分析了前期手机电视业务发展中遇到的问题,探讨了电信运营商对于发展手机电视的利益诉求,并对在新形势下如何发展手机电视业务提出了一些可行性建议,做出手机电视业务必然会得到良好发展的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces several mobile TV services available in our country,elucidates the characteristics of current mobile TV users,analyses the problems encountered during the previous development of mobile TV services,discusses the interest demand of telecom operators in mobile TV development,and gives some suggestions on how to develop mobile TV services in the new situation.In the end,a conclusion is drawn that mobile TV services will definitely have a good future. |
