| 摘 要： | 为探讨加捻程度及氨纶预牵伸倍数对Tencel弹力包芯纱性能的影响，简介了在改装后的环锭细纱机上纺制14．8tex＋40D Tencel／氨纶包芯纱的技术措施，并对成纱的外观结构和力学性能进行了分析和测试。结果表明：捻系数、氨纶的预牵伸倍数对成纱的断裂强力和伸长率等指标均有不同程度的影响，因此，对纺制Tencel／氨纶弹力包芯纱时,应选择适宜的捻系数和氨纶的预牵伸倍数。

| Abstract: | In order to discuss influence on Tencel elastic wrapped yarn property of twisting degree and pre-drafting multiple of spandex,processing technology of spinning 14.8tex+40D Tencel/spandex wrapped yarn on reequipped ring spinning frame is introduced briefly,appearance construction and mechanical property of the yarn is analyzed and tested.The result shows: twist factor and pre-drafting multiple of spandex have different influence on yarn indices such as strength at rupture and percentage of elongation.So when Tencel/spandex elastic wrapped yarn is spun,twist factor and pre-drafting multiple of spandex is chosen suitably. |
