对于我国科学仪器发展战略的几点思考

从回顾和分析我国科学仪器发展的历史和现状出发，指出了目前存在的五方面问题；接着从体制和管理，技术及市场等三个方面探讨了国际科学仪器的发展趋势；最后就我国在发展科学仪器方面应该采取的战略提出了六项建议：1)实施科学仪器国家工程；2)统一规划，分段管理；3)建立国家工程技术研究中心和产业化基地；4)支持民营经济和中小企业发展；5)加强国际合作，实现跨越式发展；6)创建新学科，培育复合型人才。

Some Considerations on Strategy of Developing Scientific Instruments in China

The historical development of scientific instruments in China is briefly described and the present status of itanalyzed. 5 major problems to be solved are pointed out. Then, the developing trends of scientific instruments in the world arediscussed from administration system, technique and market point of view. Finally, the strategy for developing scientificinstruments in China is put forward and 6 measures that should be taken are suggested in this direction.
