摘    要:随着信息产品和电子产品的发展,对注塑制品的质量提出了更高的要求,如轻便、小巧等,这就促使了薄壳制品的出现。由于制件的壁薄(一般为1-2mm),所以更容易出现收缩、翘曲、残余应力等缺陷。对于薄壳制品而言,翘曲变形形严重影响制品的质量。本文就翘曲变形进行探讨分析。

Abstract:With the information products and development of electronic products, plastic products for a higher quality requirements, such as lightweight, compact, etc., which prompted the emergence of a shell products. Because of the thin wall parts (usually 1 - 2 mm), it is more prone to shrinkage, warping, residual stress and other defects. For shell products, the warpage shape seriously affect the quality of products. This paper discusses the warpage analysis.
