摘 要: | 对扬子PTA装置改造后加氢精制工艺条件的优化进行了探讨,确定了主要工艺参数:反应压力7.0~7.25MPa,反应温度282~283℃,配料质量分数27%~28%,催化剂充填量10500~11000kg。综合其他改造后,使PTA装置达到年产60万t,能耗比原设计有较大降低。

Optimization of hydrogenation reaction condition on YPC-PTA plant |

Abstract: | The optimization of hydrorefining process condition after YPC-PTA plant modification are discussed,the main process parameters are determined,the reaction pressure is 7.0~7.25 MPa,the reaction temperature is 282~283 ℃,the compounding concentration is 27%~28%,the catalyst quantity is 10 500 ~11 000 kg.According with other modification,the output of PTA can reach 600 kt per year and the energy consumption is considerable decreased than that of the original design. |
