无筒体旋风除尘器的实验研究

摘    要:提出了一种新型旋风除尘器,即去除筒体,直接应用锥体的旋风除尘器。与普通旋风除尘器进行了对比实验研究,比较了分级效率和阻力损失情况,结果表明在相同风量下,无筒体旋风除尘器的分级效率高于有筒体旋风除尘器;在相同风量下,无筒体旋风除尘器的阻力损失较有筒体旋风除尘器的阻力损失有所增加。其主要原因是由于去除筒体后进口截面积变小,使进口风速增大所致。

Abstract:It's introducing a new structural cyclone dust extractor that abscises cylinder and applies cone directly.The classification efficiency and resisting force expenses have been compaired with cyclone dust extractor by rltv empirical study.The result manif that non-cylinder cyclone dust extractor's classification efficiency elevate compared with cylinder cyclone dust extractor in identical air quantity by the contrast experiment of classification efficiency.At the same time,the resisting force expenses of the non-cylinder cyclone dust extractor also has some increase because of inlet section area become smaller and inlet wind speed become bigger.
