廉租房户型的适应性设计

针对廉租房租户不固定的这一问题，本文提出了廉租房户型适应性设计的想法，以达到在同一个户型中适应租住人群的变化的目的。或者在不涉及结构性变化的前提下，通过很小的改动，来增强廉租房自身的适应性。以达到“居者有其适合的屋”的最终目的。

The Adaptive Internal Design of Low-rent Houses

For the problem of mutative housing tenants,this paper proposes an adaptive design idea of housing model,in order to fix the different tenants in same plan. Or change the plan a little, not involving structural changes in the premise, to enhance the adaptability of house itself. M1 of these are in order to achieve the ultimate goal ＂owner has his appropriate houses＂.
