| Abstract: | With the advance of socialist market economy in China, given the reform of urban housing system and the promotion of＂ real estate industrialization, some interesting and new features of urban social space are displayed within urban areas. And then, the phenomenon of urban residential area differentiation is the parfcular one; besides, the spatial characteristics of urban residential area differenfation develop gradually. The paper introduces the process of this phenomenon in Chinese cities, analyses the reasons of induced social problems, and briefly explains it by using the theory of socio-spatial dialectic of radical Marxism. Finally, facing such a significant issue, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasure in a planning manner. |
