基于GIS的土地利用适宜性评价

地理信息技术在规划领域中的应用日趋广泛和深入。本文从实例应用角度，对地理信息技术在土地利用适宜性分析中的应用原理、方法和过程进行了系统的阐述。通过单因素评价方法和多因素综合评价方法，准确快捷地获取了案例地土地利用适宜性评价结果，为案例地旅游开发建设活动提供了重要的指导作用。实践证明，在规划领域引入地理信息技术，为规划师提供全新的思路和方式解决复杂的规划问题，为规划决策提供强有力的辅助工具。

GIS-based Land Use Suitability Evaluation

The application of Geographic information technology in planning fields became wider and deeper. From the demonstrative perspective, this paper systematically elaborated the principle, method and process of application of geographic information technology in suitability evaluation of land use. It accurately and rapidly obtained the results of land use suitability evaluation respected to the case, which provided an important guiding role to the tourism development of the case. It was proved that introducing geographic information technologies to the planning fields, more new ways could be obtained to solve the complex planning problems, and more assistant tools for the decision-making in planning fields.
