| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了采用高效液相色谱法ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８反相柱上，以甲醇，水作流动相，紫外检测器对苄嘧磺隆－异丙甲草胺混剂进行定量检测。该方法对两种有效成分测定的变异系数分别为０．３４％和０．５８％。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a quantitative analysis method of mixture formulation of bensulfuron-methyl and metolachlor by using HPLC with YWG C 18 RP-column,methanol/water (pH 3)as mobile phase,detected in 254nm,the standard deriation of bensulfuron-methyl and metolachlor are 0.34%,0.58%,respectively,the recoveries of bensulfuron-methyl,metolachor are 102.76%,99.77%,respectively. |
