废弃耐火材料的再生利用研究

摘    要:随着人类环保意识的增强,以及对高温工业用后废弃耐火材料资源浪费的重视,那些含有Cr^6+、SiO2微粉、耐火陶瓷纤维等有害物质的废弃耐火材料的再生利用已成为高温工业一项迫切需要解决的问题。笔者对不同来源的废弃耐火材料进行分析,并通过国内外大量文献的对比,结合我国实际情况对废弃耐火材料的再生利用方向进行了探讨。

Abstract:With the human consciousness of the environmental protection enhanced,as well as high-temperature industrial used refractories resources discarded after its value. Those include Cr6+, the SiO2 fine powder, the fireproof ceramic textile fiber and so on, which contains harmful elements. Therefore, the issue of recycling the abandoned refractories becomes an urgent need. This article carries on the analysis to the different origin with the refractories, and contrast massive literature through the domestic and overseas. Then based on our country actual situation on the recycling of spent refractories, and discussed the direction on how to recycle the spent refractories.
