摘    要:水库初期蓄水方案的选择直接影响到水电站日后的运行效益,需要综合考虑发电、防洪等多个目标,在存在多种方案可供优选的情况下,可运用模糊决策方法确定系统关于各个方案的对于优的相对隶属度,比较得出较优的方案,从而使水电站的运行产生较优的综合效益.

Abstract:The selection of reservoir filling scheme in the early stage concerns hydropower station's benefit in the future,so when we make a decision,we should consider several factors such as generate electricity,flood control and so on.In condition of existing many schemes,we can use fuzzy decision-making technique to fix the relative degree of membership of each scheme,then we can get a better scheme by which we could gain better benefit.
