Comfort of Small Dwelling in Japan:Analysis of the Difference in Space Scale and Area Allotment of Dwelling Type Between China and Japan

By comparison of the difference in the area al- lotment and spatial scale of dwelling type between China and Japan,we could gain two enlightenments from Japa- nese small dwelling type house.One is to popularize 90- sqm housing,but it needs the turn of concept about spatial scale and setting up attitude and measures to utilize space more carefully;the other is reducing the size of small dwell- ing type,but it couldn't sacrifice or lower the function of subsidiary part outside the living room.
